When you book, think about preparing:

Students :

✔️ Copy of an accrediting document of the studies that you will carry out during the stay in the accommodation

✔️ Your parent's ID

The deposit (paid once, retrieved at the end of the contract) and the rent (paid every month)

are two different quantities
